When can I enroll?

Enrollment is on-going through the end of February providing that space is available. Parents or students interested in signing up for classes at School of Mystic Ballet – Dance Palace should contact the school for class availability information. Please call 860 536-3671 or email us at info@mysticballet.org.

When does the school year start?

The school year begins after Labor Day in September, and is divided into three trimesters: Fall, Winter and Spring. The start of each trimester is listed in the school calendar.

Tuition fees do not include holidays and vacations. (see the School Calendar) Students enrolled in the Fall or Winter trimesters, will be automatically enrolled into the following trimester/s, however, if the student is not continuing their studies, they may withdraw.

How to Register?

1. Find Classes & Tuition
Refer to the Class Schedule 2016/17 for class dates and times.

2. Print Forms Registration Form (PDF fillable); This form is fillable with tuition rates built in.
3. Submit Forms By Mail – Please mail completed registration forms, with tuition enclosed to: School of Mystic Ballet – Dance Palace | 325 Mistuxet Ave. | Stonington CT 06378.
By Fax – If you are paying tuition by Visa/MC, complete the registration form and FAX to: 860-572-8459
In Person – Please call the School for an appointment at: 860-536-3671

As a Parent – How can I get involved?

Parents are a very important part of School of Mystic Ballet and are encouraged to become involved in the organization. Parents should plan on attending scheduled observations and evaluations along with their children.
Your participation plays an important role in the success of our students. School of Mystic Ballet has an open door policy and parents may contact the School with any questions they may have.

Can I observe class?

Class Observation
Twice per year, parents/guardians are invited into the studio to observe class. This is an opportunity to experience ballet class from start to finish: barre and centre. This observation is NOT open to the public (friends, etc.), but is for parents/guardians to observe their student’s progress.

How can I volunteer?

Volunteer Opportunities
Support School of Mystic Ballet by becoming a volunteer!Often ballet parents will find themselves at School of Mystic Ballet with extra time on their hands. As a parent volunteer you’ll have an opportunity to spend that time meeting other parents, learning more about how things work at School of Mystic Ballet and enriching the lives of our students.Parent volunteers are a vital resource for the school. Volunteers are involved with activities around School and Company performances and the school office utilizes volunteers for a number of different tasks throughout the school year and over the summer.Volunteer information and registration forms are availabel at the reception desk in the lobby of the School — stop by to see how you can help out!

Where can I park?

Parking
Parking is available on site. On the school premises the speed limit is 5 m.p.h. For the safety of the students we ask you to drive with extreme caution.
Fire egress code strictly prohibits the blocking of the shared driveway, main entrance, fire exits, the circular and main traffic flow. NO PARKING – NO STANDING in these areas.
