Mystic BalletBody starts at the barre and combines the principles and aesthetics of classical ballet with the toning of Barre and Pilates. Center work, explores our contemporary side – unlike a formal dance class, there’s minimal stopping and starting. It’s all about freedom of movement, lengthening and toning, with lots of reps and choreographed moves to inspire and rejuvenate you.
A perfect introduction to dance for those without experience, or those looking to get back into it! This class starts with an easy to follow “dancers” warm up – combined with ballet barre- incorporating stretching, flexibility, and grace. Let loose with the basics of commercial jazz/hip-hop involving the kind of moves you see Beyoncé performing on stage with her backing dancers, have an absolute blast with energetic movements that build on strength, and stamina. Rounding down with contemporary dance experience our innovative style and movement that is appealing to audiences worldwide. Our goal is to unlock your inner-dancer; it’s body-energizing, and FUN!
